We welcome you to the very first house located in the historical center of the small village of Pavillo. The house and its interiors were built 400 years ago.

Now the facility is completely renovated maintaining its original features.

Our history began here and it is filled with traditions handed down, work in the fields, hospitality and making our guests feel welcome. This is what can be found in the pages of old manuscripts and travel documents, which tell of how this village, as early as the late nineteenth century, was a crossroad of experiences. Where travelers in search of shelter and comfort from the cold winters of the Non Valley, between a glass of wine and a convivial dinner, could patiently wait for spring.

This is the legacy that we have been entrusted with, and that, after almost 150 years, we try to carry on. Today this area also tells the story of our people, our passions and our idea of ​​hospitality, the simple and traditional materials, the scents, colors and flavors of our land.
